Rising rainwater flooded homes and classrooms, with some areas experiencing deep flooding and strong currents that made impossible passage. The local Party committee and authorities promptly deployed checkpoint teams, set up warning signs, and cordoned off dangerous areas to prohibit access by people and vehicles.

A working delegation from Moc Son ward was present at the flood-affected areas to provide timely direction in addressing the aftermath and to encourage residents to quickly stabilise their lives.

To overcome the consequences, the "four-on-the-spot" response forces mobilised machinery and equipment to quickly clear and reopen roads, assist residents in cleaning up their homes, and restore damaged crops and flooded livestock shelters.

Police, military personnel, youth union members, and volunteers joined efforts to clean up mud and debris from roads, schools, and residential areas, while also helping relocate household items at risk of landslides to safe locations.

The electricity, telecommunications, and water supply sectors coordinated in emergency repairs to ensure the restoration of power, water, and communication services to support daily life and production activities.

Thanks to the decisive leadership of local authorities, the active participation of all forces and residents, the damage caused by the storm and floods in Moc Son ward has been largely mitigated. The local government, organisations, and community members continue to work together to restore production and stabilise people's lives as soon as possible.
