The building was constructed to Grade-4 standards, consisting of two classrooms with a total area of 70 square meters and one self-contained restroom. Its total cost was 350 million VND (13,300 USD), funded by the “Happiness for Children” initiative. Once put into use, the facility provides improved learning conditions for 35 students.

On this occasion, the youth division presented 65 gift sets to kindergarten and primary students of the satellite school, encouraging and motivating them in their study.
