Online competitions on Marxist-Leninist science and Ho Chi Minh thought, as well as visits to historical relic sites have been organised; while 32 "Young Theory" clubs have been established and maintained.

Efforts have also been made to promote law dissemination and education; and encourage young people to live and act in accordance with the Constitution and the law.
