Over 200 officers attend training conference on grassroots information work

The provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on September 25 opened a training conference on grassroots information activities.

The two-day event is attended by more than 200 participants, including leaders of communes and wards; officials and specialists in charge of culture, sports, tourism, electronic information portals, broadcasting, and representatives from the Centers for Culture and Communication of 75 communes and wards across the province.

The training covers four key topics, including the dissemination of Government Decree No. 49/2024/NĐ-CP dated May 10, 2024, regarding grassroots information activities; skills in editing and broadcasting local radio news bulletins and video production for LED boards; operation of commune-level radio stations applying information and telecommunications technology; and skills to use social media and commune-level electronic portals for grassroots communication.

The event aims to equip participants with professional knowledge and practical skills, helping to improve the capacity of grassroots communication personnel to meet the demands of the new period.
