The quiz is being organised by the provincial People’s Committee to raise awareness, knowledge and sense of responsibility among officials, Party members, civil servants and public employees regarding administrative reform.
The four-week contest, running from September 21 to October 15, is open to Party members, cadres, civil servants and public employees from Party and mass organisations, provincial departments and agencies, as well as Party Committees and People’s Committees of communes and wards across the province.
Each contestant is allowed one attempt per week, consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions and one question asking participants to predict the number of contestants. Each attempt lasts 20 minutes.
The contest covers guidelines, policies, regulations and tasks related to administrative reform, helping them proactively update their knowledge and gain a clearer understanding of their responsibilities in performing their duties.
The online format makes learning about administrative reform more convenient and flexible while enhancing interaction and engagement among participants.
Of the entries of Week 2, 2,140 answered all 20 questions correctly; 3,449 got 19 correct; and 3,190 had 18. Meanwhile, 584 entries were deemed invalid.
For Week 2, the organising board awarded prizes in three categories: Party and mass organisations; departments and agencies; and communes and wards.
It is now running Week 3 of the contest while stepping up communications and encouraging cadres, civil servants and public employees across the province to actively participate./.
