The road is designed as a 3.5m-wide concrete rural road, with a total investment of over 33.6 billion VND (1.29 million USD), funded by the People’s Committee of Muong La district.

Construction began in early 2024 and is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Once finished, the road will improve transportation and facilitate the movement of goods and agricultural products for residents in Muong Bu and Muong Chum of Muong La district and Chieng Sung of Mai Son district.
