The events brought together representatives of the steering committee and 80 volunteers from various clubs and Red Cross Societies.

The “Red Journey” is a deeply humanitarian programme with widespread impact, engaging officials, civil servants, young people, armed forces, and local residents in blood donation efforts.

The 13th Red Journey in 2025 will take place in Son La city and Thuan Chau district on June 22-23. Nearly 1,500 participants, including government officials, public employees, association members, volunteers, youth union members, students, and armed forces personnel from various agencies, organisations, businesses, and schools across the province, are expected to join and register to donate blood. The programme aims to collect over 1,300 units of blood.

Immediately after the flower offering, the Red Cross Society members and volunteers participated in a parade to promote the Red Journey along the main streets of Son La city.
