
HDBank’s Medipay Kiosk system, deployed at the Phu Yen regional General Hospital, is a solution designed to automate the hospital’s patient registration, treatment, and data management processes. It integrates three key features: medical examination and treatment registration, standardised patient data management, and cashless hospital fee payment.

The hospital currently admits over 300 patients per day and has a capacity of 298 beds. The introduction of the Medipay kiosk system enables patients to make cashless payments and prepay hospital fees, easing pressure on the cashier area, improving service efficiency, and enhancing the overall quality of medical care.
