The provincial Border Guard Command organises the Tree Planting Festival 2026.
Following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, in 2025, the Son La provincial Border Guard planted approximately over 2,400 trees, including timber and fruit trees, on an area of about 7 hectares. These actions demonstrate the responsibility of the officers and soldiers in caring for and protecting the environment, starting from the smallest actions.
