Chieng Hoa commune proposed that the province pay attention to upgrading roads from the centre of the commune to the centres of the former Chieng Cong and Chieng An communes.

The commune also requested the early implementation of population resettlement and stabilisation in several hamlets, including Pha Xe, Chong Du Tau, Khao Lao Duoi, and new Tao Van; investment in the Lang Xua and Han Ca Thenh irrigation projects to serve agricultural production; construction of a domestic water supply facility for Nong E hamlet; and the building and upgrading of inter-village and intra-village roads to gradually improve rural infrastructure.
