The commune has assigned responsibilities to hamlet management boards to monitor the systems regularly and report any incidents promptly. Local teams are also proactive in clearing vegetation, dredging silt, maintaining, and repairing water channels to minimise water loss and ensure efficient irrigation throughout the farming seasons.
