To ensure smooth administrative services for local residents, in addition to the communal Public Administrative Service Centre, Quynh Nhai has assigned officials to directly receive and process documents at central locations of former Chieng Khoang and Chieng On communes. A total of 383 administrative procedures have been publicly listed on the commune’s electronic portal and at all reception points, with QR codes provided for easy access and information lookup.

Since July 1, the communal Public Administrative Service Centre has received 366 applications, 236 of which have been processed on time, while the remaining 130 are still within the designated processing timeframe.
