



The “For Vietnam’s Future” scholarship fund awarded 40 grants worth a total of 200 million VND (7,572 USD) to disadvantaged students in Son La. The initiative aims to encourage academic perseverance and inspire confidence in pursuing a brighter future.
At the event, participants also talked with students who have shown resilience and determination in overcoming hardship both in school and life.

Launched in 1995, the scholarship fund has reached almost all provinces and cities nationwide, awarding tens of thousands of grants to disadvantaged students with the determination to overcome hardship.

Since 2013, the fund, supported by Binh Dien Fertilizer JSC, has awarded nearly 5,000 scholarships worth about 11 billion VND to high school students across the Mekong Delta, Southeast, Central Highlands, South Central, North Central and northern mountainous regions.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the scholarship programme supporting high school students nationwide. The fund awards 200 scholarships, each worth 5 million VND to disadvantaged students in five provinces - Son La, Thanh Hoa, Gia Lai, Lam Dong and An Giang.
