The conference focused on connecting the technology innovation, digital transformation and market development needs of businesses and cooperatives with organisations, businesses and experts capable of providing suitable solutions. Specific needs included production technology innovation, product quality improvement, cost savings, environmental treatment, data management, traceability, promotion, distribution and product sales.

At the conference, participating units introduced a number of technologies and solutions for digital transformation, domestic water treatment technology, wine aging technology, smart tourism software, as well as several technology products and solutions with potential applications in production and business activities.

Direct connections were established in five clusters between organisations with specific needs and technology and solution providers. The parties discussed in detail their needs, capacity to meet those needs, technical requirements, surveys, testing and quotations, while identifying contact points and next steps for further study and implementation after the conference. Needs for which no suitable solutions had yet been identified were also recorded for continued searching.

Through the event, businesses and cooperatives gained access to technologies and solutions suited to their scale and production and business conditions, while technology providers gained a better understanding of actual needs and opportunities for application, gradually laying the groundwork for consulting, testing, technology transfer and specific cooperation activities.

The Department of Science and Technology will consolidate the connections made at the conference, classify the needs and monitor cases where contact points have been identified. It will continue coordinating with experts, technology businesses and relevant agencies to support businesses and cooperatives in conducting surveys, discussions and selecting suitable solutions.
