Attending the event were leaders from the Department of Science and Technology, Son La Tax Department, VNPT Son La, along with more than 300 youth union members.

Within the framework of the event, many meaningful activities were carried out, including organising communication and training sessions to enhance digital capacity; guiding citizens on using the public service portal, submitting online applications, and installing personal digital signatures; and supporting the installation and use of essential applications such as the eTax Mobile application, the VSSID social insurance application, as well as the website and app of the Son La Electricity Company.

The event aimed to raise awareness and equip youth union members with digital skills, while promoting the role of young people in supporting citizens to effectively access and use digital platforms and services.
