
At the volunteer blood donation programme.
With the meaningful message, “One drop of blood given, one life saved,” the programme drew more than 250 postal staff and Son La Medical College students. The hospital assigned 28 medical personnel, technicians, and nurses to conduct screenings, tests, and blood collection.
By the end of the event, organisers collected nearly 150 units of blood, which were handed over to the hospital to bolster reserves for emergency care and patient treatment.


The provincial Red Cross and Post Office encourage staff to participate in the blood drive.
The initiative not only showcased the compassion and humane spirit of postal staff toward the community but also served as a meaningful way to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s postal sector (August 15, 1945).
