Son La ranks 17th nationwide in SIPAS Index, 23rd in PAR Index

The Ministry of Home Affairs has announced the 2025 rankings of the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR Index) for provinces and cities, as well as the Satisfaction Index of Public Administrative Services (SIPAS).

According to the announced results, in 2025, Son La province’s SIPAS reached 83.4%, ranking 17th out of 34 provinces and cities, 0.31% higher than the national average.

Regarding the PAR Index, Son La scored 89.26%, ranking 23rd out of 34 localities, and was classified as Good, belonging to Group B.

The 2025 PAR Index and SIPAS results of Son La province reflect efforts to improve the quality of administrative services, aiming to enhance the satisfaction of citizens and organisations.
