During the programme, the delegation visited and delivered gifts to 150 households, including poor and near-poor families, those facing exceptional hardship and households affected by natural disasters in 2025 in the commune. Total support amounted to 98 million VND (about 3,740 USD), funded by the Vietnam Red Cross Society’s Central Committee.

Alongside gift-giving, the programme featured cultural performances celebrating the Party and the Lunar New Year and praising the homeland, helping create a warm, upbeat atmosphere that lifted spirits and reassured residents as they prepared for a fuller Tet, while also spreading a spirit of humanitarianism and community solidarity.
