After more than two months of trial operation, the EMR system and associated software including EMR, HIS, LIS, RIS/PACS, and SmartCA digital signatures have been fully deployed, operating stably and effectively interconnected. Medical staff have mastered the system, ensuring smooth processes in medical examinations, treatment, prescriptions, laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and medical record management.
The EMR software currently in use at the hospital meets all requirements for data entry and management of inpatient and outpatient records, pharmacy management, as well as enabling health insurance integration, hospital fee payment, laboratory and imaging diagnostics, statistical management, and reporting. All data is processed and stored securely on the hospital’s server system.

Delegates conduct on-site inspections of the electronic software systems in various departments and units.
Following an evaluation, the assessment council concluded that the EMR system at the Rehabilitation Hospital meets the criteria outlined in Circular No. 13/2025/TT-BYT dated June 6, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Health, which guides the implementation of electronic medical records. The professional council unanimously voted to rate the hospital’s EMR system as "Qualified." The hospital will continue finalising the system with the goal of officially announcing the full implementation of electronic medical records by September 30, 2025.
