At the conference, representatives of authorities and police from eight communes namely Mai Son, Chieng Mung, Phieng Cam, Phieng Pan, Chieng Sung, Muong Chanh, Ta Hoc and Chieng Mung, along with agencies, organisations, businesses and schools in the communes, were briefed on Official Dispatch No. 1379/UBND-NC issued on March 5, 2026 by the provincial People’s Committee on the rollout of the fire alarm system across the province, and the provincial Department of Public Security's Official Dispatch No. 797/CAT-PCCC dated March 9, 2026 on launching a campaign for communication, registration and commitments to install the system, alongside the use of the “Bao chay 114” app.
In addition, participants heard a representative of Nhat Nguyen Son La Investment and Trading Co., Ltd. present the automatic fire alarm system and provide guidance on installing and using the “Bao chay 114” app, while addressing practical difficulties and concerns. Representatives of participating units also signed commitments to install the device and roll out the app.
The conference helped raise awareness and a sense of responsibility among agencies, organisations, businesses and residents, while highlighting the importance of the automatic fire alarm transmission system to the fire safety and rescue database in line with regulations, as well as the “Bao chay 114” app to enhance safety for individuals and the wider community.
