Specifically, students were introduced to basic knowledge about safe and efficient electricity use through various innovative and visual approaches. Attractive interactive activities such as quizzes with prizes and crossword puzzles were organised, helping students quickly recognise electrical appliances used at home and at school.
At the same time, real-life situations were presented to help them identify potential electrical hazards and learn how to respond to incidents. In addition, they were provided with leaflets offering detailed guidance on energy-saving use of electrical devices, making the information easy to understand and remember, thereby helping better public awareness.
These communication activities help students develop a sense of energy conservation from an early age. The programme is part of efforts to respond to the national programme on energy efficiency, especially amid rising electricity demand during the upcoming summer.
