Residents were guided on how to log in to the National Public Service Portal using their VNeID accounts; search for administrative procedures; complete and submit applications; make online payments; and track the progress of their applications. They also practiced scanning QR codes and using the Zalo OA “To Hieu ward People's Committee” and an AI assistant to find information on required documents, fees and processing times for administrative procedures.
During the practice session, officials from the ward's Public Administrative Service Centre provided direct assistance and addressed residents' questions.
Under its plan, in September and October, the ward People's Committee will continue to organise conferences at cultural houses of residential areas to provide information and direct guidance, helping residents access use online public services and digital utilities./.
