To Hieu ward's Youth Union launches digital heritage map

The To Hieu ward Youth Union launched its youth project “Green Map – Digital Heritage” at the Cultural House of Residential Group 12 on August 19.

At the launch of the youth project “Green Map – Digital Heritage.”

The project is built on Google My Maps, digitising historical sites and revolutionary heritage sites, while providing updated information on Party and government agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, schools, community cultural houses, and administrative boundaries in the ward.

Delegates perform a symbolic ceremony to launch the youth project “Green Map – Digital Heritage."

Through the digital map, residents, officials, youth union members and young people can easily look up locations, images and information of each site on their smartphones via a QR code or link.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, youth union members and young people in To Hieu ward guided residents in installing and using the “Party Member Handbook” app, helping improve digital skills and bring digital services closer to the public./.
