Leaders of the Son La provincial Federation of Labour, companies, and grassroots trade unions encourage workers at the “Trade Union Meal” programme. 

The programme attracted around 200 trade union members and workers. The meal, supported by the provincial Federation of Labour, carried a message of sharing and care for workers’ material well-being, while fostering a warm and closer relationship among trade unions, employers, and employees.

The initiative also aimed to encourage workers to feel secure in their work, remain committed to production activities, and maintain long-term ties with their enterprises.

A large number of trade union members and workers participate in the “Trade Union Meal” programme. 

On this occasion, the rovincial Federation of Labour presented five gifts to disadvantaged trade union members and workers, each worth 2.5 million VND (95 USD).

The “Trade Union Meal” programme is a practical activity implemented by trade unions at all levels to improve the well-being of union members and workers, while spreading the spirit of solidarity and support of trade union organisations for employees across the province.
