During the three-day course, held in Ta Xua commune, participants will receive training on topics such as guest reception and customer service skills; tour guide operations; methods for developing and promoting unique tourism products; civilised and friendly communication; ensuring food safety and hygiene in tourism; and environmental protection in tourism business.

The training aims to improve participants' knowledge and practical skills, thereby enhancing service quality and contributing to the development of a professional, attractive, and sustainable tourism image for the participating communes in particular, and Son La province in general.
