At the training session.
The participants received training in four key areas: using online public services to submit and track administrative applications digitally; creating QR codes for cashless payments; communication and collaboration in the digital environment; and cybersecurity, online safety, and measures to prevent cyber fraud.
The trainees also took part in hands-on exercises using smartphones, while discussing and addressing challenges and practical difficulties encountered during the implementation of digital transformation initiatives at the grassroots level.
The training equipped members of the community digital technology teams with essential knowledge and skills to raise public awareness and guide local residents in using digital platforms and online public services. It contributed to the effective implementation of digital transformation efforts and the “Digital Literacy for All” campaign in Phieng Cam commune.
