After the two-level local administration model officially operated on July 1, the provincial People's Committee has directed departments and agenciess to reduce and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business, with the goal of eliminating at least 30% of unnecessary investment and business conditions, and reducing 30% of processing time and compliance costs.
