The event attracted nine businesses, employers, training institutions, and more than 400 workers, union members, youths, and secondary school students from across the commune. Participating units and enterprises introduced their labour recruitment needs, available positions, and employee benefit policies.
They also provided consultation, guidance, and support in preparing documents and procedures for labour export to Japan, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Australia, and others, as well as to various domestic companies for those seeking job opportunities suitable to their abilities and interests.
The job fair not only created employment opportunities for workers and youths in Tuong Ha commune but also represented a practical effort to concretise the goal of developing human resources and improving vocational skills, and contributing to the local socio-economic development.
