Thuan Chau’s OCOP products showcased at Macfrut 2025 Fruit & Veg Professional Show

OCOP products from Thuan Chau district are on display at the Macfrut 2025 Fruit & Veg Professional Show in the city of Rimini, Italy on May 6-8.

 

OCOP products from Thuan Chau district are on display at the Macfrut 2025 Fruit & Veg Professional Show.

The show features 1,000 booths from 90 countries around the world.

This year, the Vietnamese Embassy in Italy once again organises a national pavilion to support localities and domestic businesses in showcasing their products, seeking partners, and promoting the export and import of fresh and processed agricultural products. The event also provides an opportunity to access advanced agricultural technologies.

At Vietnam's booth, Thuan Chau district presented three outstanding OCOP (One Commune, One Product) items, including Green Oolong Tea Bags and Gaba Tea Bags by Thu Dan Tea Co., Ltd; Minh Tri Arabica Coffee by Pha Din Clean Agriculture Cooperative; and Stevia Herbal Tea Bags by Pham Kien Cuong’s household.

Macfrut 2025 is an annual event in Italy’s agricultural sector, showcasing a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, spices, as well as machinery and modern technologies for production, processing, packaging, and distribution.

The participation of Thuan Chau's OCOP products at this fair represents a valuable opportunity to expand the reach of local agricultural products — from Thuan Chau in particular and Son La province in general — to international markets.
