A leader from the Naval Service’s Brigade 126 speaks at the conference.

At the conference, the delegates listened to a representative from Brigade 126 providing information on the situation regarding the sea and islands, as well as the viewpoints, policies, and guidelines of the Party and the State regarding the East Sea issue. The speaker also emphasized the core role of the naval force in protecting the sovereignty over the sea, islands, and continental shelf of the nation.

The conference aimed to raise awareness and responsibility among officials, Party members, and the public, especially the younger generation, about the strategic role and position of Vietnam's seas and islands. It was also to foster social consensus in implementing the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws to firmly protect Vietnam’s independence, sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity.
