93rd founding anniversary of the Vietnam Women's Union.

In recent years, the cultural family building movement in the district has spread widely, arousing the spirit of solidarity and mutual support in economic development, poverty reduction, and building new-style rural areas and civilized urban areas. Families have actively responded to movements such as "Learning families", "Families that are good at economic development", "Families with healthy, good children", "Typical families in building new-style rural areas", "Families with many generations living together in harmony and happiness”.

In 2022, the district had 72% of households achieving the title of cultural family, with the criteria of happy, harmonious, progressive and inter-generational families increasingly improved. The district targets the rate of typical happy cultural families at 78% or more.

An art performance welcomes the conference.

On this occasion, the district People's Committee awarded certificates to 30 typical families in building happy families in 2023. Units and benefactors presented 35 gifts worth nearly 200 million VND (8,140 USD) in total under the "Godmother" programme to support students in difficult circumstances.

Disadvantaged students in the district receive gifts under the "Godmother" programme.
