On the occasion, the Gia Lam Youth Union gave a television and a computer set to its Bac Yen counterpart to support digital transformation efforts. It also donated 10 solar-powered lamps worth 30 million VND (1,176 USD) and 20 gift packages for disadvantaged students with outstanding academic performance, each valued at 650,000 VND. Additionally, the Gia Lam and Bac Yen Youth Unions exchanged experience, shared good practices, and discussed innovative approaches in youth union work and the youth movement.
