At the event, qualified workers signed labour contracts directly with businesses. Some workers and students who want to work and study in Japan, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan, and Europe were also interviewed, given consultations and guided to prepare documents and implement procedures for labour export and overseas study.
The job fair served as a bridge connecting businesses with workers looking for jobs as well as schools with students, hence helping youth union members and young people set up a career and workers find better jobs to have a stable income, contributing to achieving the goals of social stability, rapid and sustainable poverty reduction and new-style rural area building in Moc Chau district.
