It has fully implemented all 25 essential public services under the Government’s Project 06/CP, and integrated 13 out of 28 online public services on the national portal across key sectors including public security, education and training, social insurance, electricity, labour–invalids and social affairs, natural resources and environment, taxation, and justice.
In the first quarter, the locality received and processed 52,907 administrative procedures, with 97.7% of them handled through online public services.
