Implementing the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 652/QD-TTg dated May 28, 2022 on implementing the National Target Programme for Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2021-2025 period, Son La province has issued a plan on October 10, 2023 on the implementation of Sub-Project 1 on "Development of vocational education in poor and disadvantaged areas" under Project 4 of the national target programme in 2023.

Of the total 116.26 billion VND disbursed, capital for investment projects was 101.58 billion VND, reaching 40.8%; and capital allocated for public administrative units was 14.68 billion VND, or 5.2%.
