Over 357,400 patients receive health check-ups, treatment

In the first quarter of 2025, medical facilities across Son La province provided check-ups and treatment for 357,418 patients, including 54,983 inpatients, 194,378 outpatients, and 27,054 referrals to higher-level medical centres.

Since the beginning of the year, local healthcare facilities have delivered effective medical examinations, treatment, and emergency care, and ensured round-the-clock service for the community.

The provincial General Hospital's doctors perform surgery.

In addition to focusing on improving service quality, they have continued to implement new regulations on health insurance-based examinations and treatment, and the expanded vaccination programme. They have also conducted public awareness campaigns on disease prevention and food poisoning.
