Son La city offers training on AI application for 170 officials, civil servants

The People's Committee of Son La city on May 25 organised a training session on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) for over 170 officials, civil servants, public employees, and representatives from various local agencies and units.

 

Son La city provides training on how to apply AI in handling administrative tasks for officials and civil servants.

During the session, participants were given an overview of AI and Gemini; basic hands-on practice with Gemini; an introduction and basic training on NotebookLM; integration of Gemini with NotebookLM; and important notes for effective usage. 

The training aimed to thoroughly implement and effectively carry out the Politburo’s Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. It was also to help officials use AI applications in management tasks and public service delivery efficiently, aligning with the concept of "Digital Literacy for All." 

On May 26 and 27, the city will continue organising AI application training sessions for over 300 officials, civil servants, and public employees from Party Committees and People's Committees of communes and wards, as well as secretaries of Party cells, group leaders, village heads, and leaders of residential areas across the city.
