Concluding the session, Viet requested departments, agencies and localities to enhance the responsibility of their leaders, and address the tendency to shift responsibility, avoid tasks and fear accountability. He called for efforts to remove difficulties facing production and business activities and resolve bottlenecks related to administrative procedures, land, minerals and site clearance, thus contributing to achieving the province’s GRDP growth target for 2026.
He requested the development of monthly and quarterly disbursement plans, with the goal of disbursing 100% of the 2026 plan assigned by the Prime Minister, and speeding up national target programmes for 2026-2030. The province should review the progress of investment projects and set specific deadlines for site clearance, while strengthening inspections during project implementation to promptly address difficulties and obstacles.
He also urged agencies to properly prepare for the second Son La Coffee Festival 2026 and urgently implement the conclusions and recommendations of the State Audit Office of Vietnam in compliance with regulations./.
