Implementing a programme to develop digital citizens and promote cashless payments, 26,296 out of 26,415 households in Son La city, or 99.55%, are using smartphones. The number of citizens aged 14 and over with transaction accounts at banks or other licensed organisations reaches 84.62%, or 70,042 out of 82,774 people.

During the five-day holiday from April 30 to May 4, Son La province’s traffic police deployed forces and vehicles to conduct patrols and ensure traffic safety and order on roads and waterways.
