At the training conference to enhance digital sales skills for OCOP products among rural youth.
The conference was attended by more than 100 outstanding youth members from Son La province. The training focused on topics such as storytelling techniques to highlight cultural values associated with products; communication and marketing skills for OCOP and local specialty products on e-commerce platforms and social media; and the process of organising and conducting professional livestream sessions and order processing.
After the theoretical session, participants practiced hands-on activities, exchanged ideas directly with experts, and observed real livestream sessions conducted by successful TikTokers and sellers on the TikTok Shop platform.
During the training, youth union members and young people had opportunities to practice, engage in discussions with experts, and watch live demonstrations from TikTok creators and sellers on the platform.
The training programme equipped youth participants with essential knowledge of online business, inspired creativity, and fostered digital literacy. It also encouraged them to transform local cultural stories and indigenous products into sustainable economic value, contributing to rural economic development in the digital transformation era.
