BIDV Premier priority banking lounge opens

The Son La branch of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) on July 1 announced the establishment of its Priority Banking Department and inaugurated its BIDV Premier priority banking lounge, a dedicated service area for priority and high-net-worth clients.

Currently, BIDV Son La serves 157,981 customers, including 4,253 premium clients. Its total deposits stand at 6.4 trillion VND (243.3 million USD), while outstanding loans reach 8.61 trillion VND. The establishment of the Priority Banking Department marks a new step forward in serving and enhancing care for key customer segments, while also contributing to the expansion of the branch’s business operations.

The new lounge is designed with a modern layout, providing a convenient and private environment that meets customers’ diverse financial service needs. Staff at the Priority Banking Department focus on advising and assisting clients in financial management, while helping them select solutions tailored to their individual needs.

Speaking at the ceremony, a leader of BIDV Son La affirmed that all customer rights and benefits at BIDV will continue to be fully safeguarded without interruption. All accounts, deposits, loans, bank cards, digital banking services and other routine transactions will continue to be handled seamlessly by the branch, with customers not required to complete any additional procedures or incur any extra costs as a result of the change.
