During the course, participants are briefed on policies related to credit programmes implemented through socio-political organisations. They are also guided on procedures and methods for inspection, supervision, and performance evaluation of entrusted lending activities at the grassroots level.

In addition, there are discussions on solutions to improve the efficiency of fund management and utilisation; instructions on establishing loan groups under inter-agency agreements; and guidance for lending under Government Decree No. 156/2025/ND-CP. 

The training conference helps strengthen the knowledge and professional skills of Women’s Union officials in managing entrusted loan activities, thereby improving the effective use of capital, enhancing the efficiency of policy credit programmes, promoting sustainable poverty reduction, and ensuring local social welfare.
