The training conference on OCOP-standard production process at the Son La venue.
At the Son La venue, more than 100 participants attended the event, including Youth Union officials, representatives of cooperatives, cooperative groups, and exemplary young entrepreneurs from the province.
During the training, senior OCOP consultants shared important topics such as an overview of production processes and product quality according to OCOP standards; key product criteria to note when standardising for evaluation and classification; processes for verification, preservation, sales, and product traceability; guidance on preparing product registration dossiers, as well as regulations on product recall and responsibilities of production establishments.
At the training conference, participants from Son La also received practical guidance, took knowledge assessments, and engaged in direct discussions with instructors about common challenges in developing OCOP products, particularly those linked to the province’s signature and advantageous products.
The event is part of a series of activities organised by the HCYU Central Committee to equip young people, especially those in rural areas, with knowledge and skills in branding and promoting OCOP products, contributing to the implementation of the National Target Programme on New-style Rural Development for the 2021-2025 period.
