Up to 865 administrative procedure dossiers handled in Song Ma district’s Muong Hung commune

The People's Committee of Muong Hung commune, Song Ma district, has arranged a scientific work schedule, assigned officials to guide local residents in using and submitting documents on the public service portal, and provided support for the installation and activation of digital identity accounts.

The move is to implement the "friendly administration" model, in line with digital transformation.

The one-stop shop unit of Muong Hung commune, Song Ma district, handles administrative procedures for locals.

Since the beginning of this year, the commune has received and processed 865 administrative procedure dossiers across various fields, with an on-time rate of 100%.

At the same time, 14 administrative procedures in different areas have been publicly posted, along with the contact numbers of leaders and officials in charge of each area, as well as an opinion box at the one-stop shop unit.
