The Phu Yen district People's Committee on August 16 held a ceremony to receive a certificate recognising the ritual part of the “Xip xi” Festival, the Tet of the White Thai people in Quynh Nhai and Phu Yen districts, as national intangible cultural heritage. Total budget revenue in Son La city reached over 316 billion VND (12.6 million USD) in the first seven month of this year, equal to 59% of the estimate assigned by the provincial People's Council and 56.1% of that assigned by the city People's Council.
