Cuong inspected the children’s living and studying conditions, and requested relevant units to count children in particularly difficult circumstances or without guardians in the locality, in order to create favourable conditions for them to exercise their basic rights. Since September 2021, the department has provided care for 34 children.

On this occasion, the provincial police chief presented 34 gift packages to the children, encouraging them to study well and improve their skills in the coming time.
