Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dang Ngoc Hau on May 14 chaired a working session with the Department of Ethnic and Religious Affairs and relevant agencies and units to implement Official Dispatch No. 1120/BDTTG-VPQGDTMN issued on April 29, 2026, by the Ministry of Ethnic and Religious Affairs, providing guidance on the implementation of the second component of the National Target Programme 417.
