The Vietnam Bank for Social Policies’ transaction office in Muong La district on April 11 launched the "Savings for the poor” week.

The People's Committee of Song Ma district organised a job fair and career counseling day on April 1. The event was attended by representatives from the provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, and 25 companies, employers and training facilities in and outside the province, along with over 1,700 labourers, youth union members, and students from communes and townships in the district.

The Son La Medical College in collaboration with the provincial Red Cross Society and the provincial General Hospital on April 2 organised a voluntary blood donation day themed “Every drop of blood to give is to make a life to stay.”

Young people from Son La province, several central agencies and corporations paid a visit to the border commune of Chieng Khuong in Song Ma district on April 8.
