In the period, localities continued to direct the implementation of forest care, regeneration and protection; promote dissemination of regulations on forest fire prevention and fighting, along with the implementation of forestry development projects in the area. Efforts were also made to strengthen patrols to detect, prevent and strictly handle violations of the Forestry Law. The Forest Protection Sub-department directed units and projects to actively take care of planted forest areas in previous years and focus on producing seedlings for afforestation in 2024.
