The 2-storey building comprises an emergency room, a duty room, one for medical examination, and one for patient treatment, and auxiliary works such as a kitchen, a medical waste storage, a garage, and a traditional medicinal plant garden, wastewater treatment tanks, a yard and a gate.

With a total area of 1,200 sq.m, the project costs more than 5 billion VND (201,000 USD), sourced from the capital of the investment project to build and develop the grassroots health service delivery system.
